Hi there! We’re Alan and Dave…just a couple of good friends, fathers, and complete real estate fanatics who, after many years as successful Realtors in Connecticut, started growing increasingly tired with the traditional residential real estate scene.

Picture this: Way back in 2018…two dads would occasionally meet at a local pub where (over pints of Guinness) they’d discuss their love (and hate) of real estate while dreaming of one day starting their own real estate investment company together. The vision was clear – start a company where we could help people using cash, to provide a stress-free and zero-cost option for those facing imminent housing dilemmas.

Fast forward a few years of weathering the ups and downs of life, we had our first office almost directly above that very same pub where we once dreamed of the life we now have. The spot that witnessed the inception of our dream is now the heartbeat of our headquarters and a constant reminder of the passion and commitment that led us to this point. Is that fate or what???

Our journey has been nothing but very real and very inspiring. We’ve met and helped so many wonderful people along the way. To us, it’s not just about buying and selling houses.
